Katharine Paal is a highly experienced and dedicated Program Director with over two decades of experience in program management and direct services in the Metro D.C. area. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from Catholic University and a wealth of experience in homeless services, housing, family preservation, and early childhood, Katharine is the driving force behind the success of the Case Management Program and Child Care Initiative at Arlington Thrive. Having spent many years supporting Arlington residents, she has an intimate understanding of the challenges faced by the community and has designed a network of support services to improve family functioning and stability. Her passion for community service is evident in her work and is a source of inspiration for her colleagues. Katharine’s commitment to supporting families and individuals in need is unwavering, and her contributions have made a significant impact on the lives of countless Arlington residents.
