Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Iowa State University, and her proven track record in guiding organizations through growth and transformation, coupled with her passion for community-driven initiatives, aligns seamlessly with Arlington Thrive’s mission and values, positioning her to lead us into a future of even greater impact and success.
