Biography
Sarah holds a Masters of Arts in Teaching in Inclusive Early Childhood Education, and her work history includes experiences in a variety of classroom settings, including public school-based PreK, early childhood special education, and day care centers. Additionally, as a mother of a young child, she understands the landscape of childcare in the Arlington area, and the burden that high costs can place on a family unit. Passionate about supporting young children of all backgrounds, Sarah is committed to connecting underserved and marginalized communities to the right childcare settings and services for each family. Her work focuses on helping families access affordable, high-quality childcare—one of the most significant barriers to employment and long-term stability for low-income households in Arlington.
