Jim

Jim, a man over 60 years of age, is experiencing homelessness and facing a medical crisis. After a recent visit to the emergency room, Jim was prescribed an antibiotic but couldn’t afford to fill it. He went days without the medication until he found help at PathForward. Through our partnership with PathForward, Arlington Thrive was able to step in and cover the cost of Jim’s prescription. This collaboration extended our reach, ensuring that Jim received the medication he desperately needed. Thanks to our collaboration, Jim was able to prevent further worsening of his infection and take a step towards better health. By working together, we extend our reach and provide critical support to those in need, like Jim, ensuring that everyone in our community has access to the resources they need to thrive.
