Rumanna, a mother to a son with autism, came to Arlington Thrive seeking career support from our Community Navigator, we were able to connect her to our local partners and get her started down the path of a remote career that works with her, and her sons, needs. With Arlington Thrive’s help, Rumanna was able to start her career as a medical coder, allowing her the flexibility and income to support her family.
