Our Community Navigator worked directly with Rachel, a single mother to a 9-year-old son with a disability, who sought help from Arlington Thrive to navigate local resources and achieve short-term goals. Through the program, she set and achieved two significant goals: connecting with mental health professionals and working towards a medical billing and coding certification. With Arlington Thrive covering the certification class costs, Rachel is on track to secure a more stable job, leading to greater economic stability for her and her son in the future.
