Having recently served in a brief role with ITIF, a renowned think tank in Washington, D.C., Joyce oversaw critical departments including IT, Human Resources, and Accounting. Her strategic leadership and expertise enabled her to create streamlined processes and procedures that bolstered efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Before her tenure at ITIF, Joyce showcased her entrepreneurial spirit by owning and operating several successful businesses across the United States. These experiences sharpened her skills in identifying and implementing measures to optimize operations, ultimately enhancing the overall performance and profitability of these ventures.
Joyce’s commitment to professional growth is demonstrated by her educational achievements. She earned her undergraduate degree from Southern New Hampshire University and subsequently pursued an MBA at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia. Her education has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of business management, enabling her to make well-informed decisions that drive tangible results.
