At Arlington Thrive, our work begins with a simple but powerful belief: every neighbor deserves dignity, stability, and the opportunity to thrive. Each year, that belief comes to life through emergency financial assistance, holistic support, and partnerships that help Arlington neighbors navigate moments of crisis and build stronger futures.
While staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners are often closest to the day-to-day work, there is another group whose leadership makes this impact possible: Arlington Thrive’s Board of Directors. Board members serve as stewards of the mission, champions for the community, and trusted guides who ensure the organization’s long-term strength.
Bringing Expertise and Perspective
Strong boards are made up of people with diverse experiences, professional backgrounds, and connections to the community. Arlington Thrive’s board members contribute their knowledge in areas such as finance, strategy, communications, nonprofit leadership, public service, and community engagement. Just as important, they bring different perspectives, including lived experiences, that strengthen decision-making and help the organization better understand the realities facing Arlington families and individuals.
Celebrating Our New and Standing Officers
We are deeply grateful for the new and standing officers of Arlington Thrive. Their time, effort, and commitment to creating brighter, thriving futures for Arlington families are commendable. We are honored to introduce the next cohort of Arlington Thrive board leaders.

A Shared Commitment to Arlington
Serving on a nonprofit board is both a responsibility and an act of service. It requires time, care, thoughtful leadership, and a deep belief in the community. Arlington Thrive is fortunate to have board members who give generously of themselves because they believe in a future where all neighbors can be stable, secure, and thrive.
To our board members: thank you for your leadership, your stewardship, and your unwavering commitment to Arlington. Your work may often happen behind the scenes, but its impact is felt across our community every day.
